available when you need one, we suggest that you make

or at our office AND be prepared to pay your deposit and sign a lease.
We have encountered several disappointed applicants who felt that their
verbal commitment to rent and expressed interest in a specific apartment was binding. IT IS NOT. The apartment is not
yours until we have BOTH a deposit and your signed lease.
