Please fill out this brief form to be added to our property waiting list.  When a vacancy is eminent in the property you requested, we will contact you by phone or email to inform you of the property's availability.  To ensure fairness, the oldest submissions on the waiting list will be given the highest priority.  All information that you provide is kept confidential.
 

We automatically disqualify individuals for tenancy if:

▪ they smoke
▪ any portion of their rent is paid by the HUD/Section 8 program
▪ they have been convicted of felonies against property or persons
▪ a credit report reveals unpaid child support
▪ they have been evicted from an apartment
▪ they owe rent to another landlord
▪ their pet is in excess of 20 lbs
▪ they are under the age of 18
▪ the tenant is neither guardian, parent, nor spouse to a joint occupant under the age of 18.
▪ they will have more than 2 people per leased bedroom
▪ they are a non-student with income less than three times their monthly rent
