We automatically disqualify
individuals for tenancy if:
- they smoke
- any portion of their rent is paid by the HUD/Section 8 program
- they have been convicted of felonies against property or persons
- a credit report reveals upaid child support
- they have been evicted from an apartment
- their pet is in excess of 20 lbs
- they are under the age of 18
- the tenant is neither guardian, parent, nor spouse to a joint occupant under the age of 18
- they will have more than 2 people per leased bedroom
- they are a non-student with income leass than three times their monthly rent
