Brookhollow Garden Apartments is a 44-unit apartment building is located at the corner of Ivanhoe Lane and S. 27th Street one block west of the intersection of S. 27th and Willis and .7 miles north of the Winters Freeway. These apartments are in a quiet, well-maintained, established neighborhood, offer easy access to southside shopping and is in the Austin Elementary district - an exemplary-rate, top performing elementary. 

Rent includes water, access to an on-premises laundry facility, and cable television.   Residents are responsible for their own electricity and, in some cases, gas. These apartments are spacious and oversized.  Each unit features a garage with storage adjacent to the apartment.  Prospective tenants are carefully screened because it is our desire to ensure that this property is quiet and safe.

Downstairs units feature large private patios with space for a garden.  Upstairs units, with a few exceptions, have generously-sized balconies.  The campus of the property is shady with large, mature trees.  When one is in the interior of the property, the traffic on nearby S. 27th cannot be detected.  While there are 44 units on the property, the configuration of the built space affords each unit the private feel of a smaller-scaled complex.  At the rear of the property is a large swimming pool that can be accessed during the summer months.

  Our smaller one bedroom, one bath apartment is 672 sqft feet.  These units offer a small, fenced patio with small flower beds that you can landscape to suit your taste.  These apartments are all electric and we pay for cable and water.



  Our larger one bedroom, one bath apartment is 750 sqft feet.  Upstairs apartments have an entry landing that provides a small outdoor space for sitting.  Bottom-floor units offer a small, fenced patio with small flower beds that you can landscape to suit your taste.  These units have a large, interior storage closet in addition to the walk-in closet in the bedroom. These apartments require gas and electric and we pay for cable and water.
  Our two bedroom, one bath apartment is 1,002 sqft feet.  Upstairs apartments have a large, comfortably-sized balcony that runs the length of the living area and overlooks the tree-filled interior courtyard.  Bottom-floor units offer a small, fenced patio with small flower beds that you can landscape to suit your taste.  In the downstairs apartments, the brick exterior wall continues into the apartment and defines the back wall of the dining area. The bathroom features floor-to-ceiling cabinets for storage of linens and towels and each bedroom has generous closet space for storage.  These apartments require gas and electric and we pay for cable and water.



  We offer 1, 952 sqft 2 bedroom, 1 and half bath studio apartment.  Living, kitchen and the half bath are located downstairs and the living area opens onto a private patio.  The two bedrooms are upstairs and separated by the shared bath. This unit is all-electric and cable and water are paid.

This apartment offers a small patio/yard with a privacy fence.
