apartment building is located at the corner of Church Street and Ambler Drive
adjacent to
the ACU campus and across the street to the east from Hillcrest Church of Christ. It is a
quick
drive
from the Hardin-Simmons
campus. Its northeast location offers easy
access to Highway 351 to Albany and and Interstate 20.

| Rent includes water, access to an on-premises laundry facility and cable
television. Residents are responsible for their own electricity. These
440 square foot units have been updated and all apartments
offer new appliances, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, carpet and paint. The interior images shown below were taken in a one-bedroom unit. |

In each unit, the den and kitchen are
combined into one room and separated by a dividing countertop with under
counter storage. Some tenants elect to use a table in their kitchen, while
others employ the counter as their dining surface.

In attempt to reduce the
furniture necessary to furnish this apartment, the bedroom has a
built-in desk and the kitchen offers a bar for dining. The scale

well-edited set of furniture.

University and Hardin Simmons University make these apartments an ideal

One unit in the building is an efficiency apartment.
It measures 190 square feet and consists of one large room for sleeping,
living, dining and cooking. A bed loft that accommodates a twin
mattress is 42" off the floor with storage underneath that functions as
a closet for hanging clothes. Like the other apartments, it has been
updated and outfitted with new appliances. Cable television, water, and electric are included in the
monthly rent. |

Prospective tenants are carefully
screened because it is our desire to ensure that this building is quiet
and safe. To keep these units attractive, clean, and
nice, we do not rent to smokers nor do we rent to pet owners. |

The hot water heater supplies the apartment and the adjacent laundry.
The stove is a 20" efficiency stove and the refrigerator is a
reduced-size refrigerator. The floors in this unit are refinished
concrete that has been scored, stained and sealed to look like tile. |
