This 20-unit apartment building is located at the corner of Church Street and Ambler Drive adjacent to the ACU campus and across the street to the east from Hillcrest Church of Christ. It is a quick drive from the Hardin-Simmons campus.  Its northeast location offers easy access to Highway 351 to Albany and and Interstate 20.  

All apartments face a central courtyard.  The second level of the apartment complex is accessed by open stairwells at either end of the interior of the building.

View of kitchen from the den in one bedroom unit.  In each unit, the den and kitchen are combined into one room and separated by a dividing countertop with under counter storage. Some tenants elect to use a table in their kitchen, while others employ the counter as their dining surface.

One unit in the building is an efficiency apartment. It measures 300 square feet and consists of one large room for sleeping, living, dining and cooking.  Like the other apartments, it has been updated and outfitted with new appliances. Cable television, water, and electric are included in the monthly rent.
