If you are considering one of our units, please  tell us about yourself using our waiting list or complete our residency application.  While we may not have a vacancy at the property you desire, your submission will be added to our waiting list.  When the property becomes available, we will contact you by phone or email to inform you of its availability.
Consult the FAQ for tenants to complete a move-in inventory, get information on how to establish electric or DSL service, request repairs, and other topics that pertain to your leasehold.

Our office is at 750 N. Judge Ely Boulevard at Mesquite Square.  A 24-hour drop for your rent check or money order is available at the leasing office.
All leases and rental agreements are archived among these lease forms should you lose your original copy.
After you have been in your apartment a week or two, be sure to complete a move-in inventory to catalogue the condition of your apartment and help us identify repairs.

Currently, all our apartments are leased.  Still, it might be worth your while to add your name to our waiting list as last-minute cancellations for fall term move-ins are possible.

If you are already thinking ahead to mid-school year and housing, we have several apartments available in January at  Mesquite Square and The Quarters.  If you don't see an apartment you'd like to rent, add your name to our waiting list and we'll contact you if the unit you desire becomes vacant.

While we don't exclusively rent to students, our apartments primarily cater to students from our local universities and colleges. Given their northeast Abilene location, Mesquite Square and Hillcrest House are primarily leased by college students from HSU and ACU. The Quarters, which is a short walk from McMurry University, primarily draws residents from this college.

We pay cable at all locations. Water is paid at Hillcrest House and The Quarters.  DSL internet is provided at The Quarters.  Come by our office at 750 N. Judge Ely Boulevard, make application and, upon approval, complete a lease for an opening.

Alternately, you may compare all our properties and add your name to our waiting list or fill out an application for one of our scheduled vacancies through this site. If you like, please email us with specific questions.  Also, if you give us a definite date when you are looking for an apartment, we can work with you and our present residents to mutually arrange your occupancy date to coincide with a resident's move-out date.

If you decide to apply for an apartment, PLEASE acquaint yourself with our disqualifications for tenancy listed on our application to prevent wasting our time and your money.  We do not allow smoking in any of our apartments - please don't inquire if you smoke - outside or inside, it makes no difference to us.  If you have a pet, typically we will only rent you a bottom-floor apartment with refinished concrete floors at Mesquite Square or The Quarters provided that they are under 20 pounds in weight.  In special cases, we have rented apartments with old carpet to pet owners to get one more use from the carpet.

Our office is at Mesquite Square, which is located at 750 N. Judge Ely Boulevard, and is currently open from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday.  You may also arrange for a showing by appointment outside business hours by calling the numbers at the top of this page.
